В статье представлены способы оценки профессионального креативности пе- дагогов профессионального образования на основе дифференцированного подхода. Также пред- ставлен анализ понятия образовательной дифференциации с педагогической точки зрения. Ак- туальность темы статьи выражается анализом деятельности преподавателей на практике по содержанию модуля, активности слушателей и конечному результату. При оценке профес- сионального креативности представлена разработанная автором тестовая выборка, а также опросники, определяющие креативность ряда ученых.
