The article presents ways to assess the professional creativity of vocational education teachers based on a differentiated approach. An analysis of the concept of educational differentiation from a pedagogical point of view is also presented. The relevance of the topic of the article is expressed by an analysis of the activities of teachers in practice in terms of the content of the module, the activity of students and the final result. When assessing professional creativity, a test sample developed by the author is presented, as well as questionnaires that determine the creativity of a number of scientists.
