LITERATURE AND METHODS OF TEACHING LITERATURE: HARMONY AND DIFFERENCE

Abstract
The article discusses the features of the science of literature and methods
of teaching literature, the role of methods of teaching literature in the system of science. In
addition, this study was the first to analyze and classify the similarities and differences between
the concepts of literary education and the teaching of literature. The author’s description of the
methodology of teaching literature is given.
