Abstract

This article is devoted to the issue of moral development of the
individual, in which the existing research areas on the psychological criteria of
moral development and their interpretation are discussed. The article also describes
the stages of moral development, the essence of the main components of the moral structure: cognitive, emotional and behavioral components.
