The article deals with the use of information and communication technologies in the process of educational work in the primary school and the conditions for further improvement of modern education using information and communication technologies in the primary education. Innovative educational technology is a combination of increasing the efficiency of the educational process and improving existing methods and means to create conditions for educational activities that best meet modern trends in socio-economic development, methodology for organizing educational activities.
