Humor and satire are one of the most important literary events in literary criticism today. It is impossible to imagine children’s literature without humor and laughter. Because child psychology loves humor. In addition, humor is a unique tool that helps to focus the child’s attention on any text and helps to overcome difficulties in independent reading. This is evidenced by the ongoing research on the works of world-famous comedians, poets and writers. The article analyzes the role of humor in the poetry of children’s poet Anwar Abidjan.
