This article contains the researcher’s understanding of the importance, relevance and necessity of conducting laboratory classes in teaching econometrics to students, as well as pedagogical technologies and methods of teaching laboratory classes. This article discusses the benefits of teaching econometrics as a lab in higher education. It is generally recognized that econometrics labs can improve students’ knowledge, economic analysis, and forecasting.
