In this scientific article, author for the first time develops his own methodology for studying variety piano pedagogy in Uzbekistan. Uses different approaches and methods of teaching jazz art. In particular, historical, analytical, heuristic methods of studying the methodology of scientific knowledge. As result, conclusions were drawn, problems and prospects for the development of Uzbek pop piano pedagogy as a whole were indentified.
