Theater pedagogy, as an educational approach integrating theatrical practices into academic learning, has gained recognition for its potential to enhance various skills and competencies in students. This article explores the importance of theater pedagogy in the development of professional competencies in students, encompassing communication, collaboration, creativity, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence. Through an interdisciplinary lens, we discuss how theater pedagogy contributes to a holistic educational experience and prepares students for success in their future professional endeavors.
