In this article, a comparative analysis of the semantic field and concept in modern linguistics, judicial administration, research by Russian and Uzbek linguists, and diachronic aspects are analyzed. The semantic field has been considered as a problematic object of study in linguistics for many years, and many researchers have put forward different theories. The structure of the lexical- semantic field from the core and periphery was studied by various researchers from the abstract part of the article.
