This article will talk about the stress that occurs in a person’s activities and its forms of distress, eustress and its negative effects on the human psyche and medical health, its consequences and analytical data on the diagnosis of this condition. Stress cases have been studied, and the implementation of a higher diagnosis of stress has been scientifically and practically revealed. It also reflects on the factors that cause stress, its causes and consequences and the socio – psychological characteristics of stress relief
