In this article, recommendations have been developed on the identification of socio- psychological mechanisms that manifest and develop factors of social and psychological competence in the activities of a medical worker, as well as the development of social and psychological competence of medical workers. In addition, research has been carried out on the study of the social and psychological competence of medical personnel and the factors that influence its formation. Also identified the socio- psychological factors and mechanisms that shape the Social-Psychological competence of medical workers, the doctors talked about social-psychological competence and the identification and justification of the interaction of social intelligence.
