As a result of the requirements of the information technology age and the rapid development of computer technologies, the concept of “SMART technologies” has entered the education system. This learning technology is based on the experience and achievements of electronic education (e-learning). This article analyzes the role of SMART technologies and influencing factors in the study of concepts related to semi-additive functionals. The article is based on the importance of SMART technologies in teaching the concepts of semi-additive functionals in universities.
