This article analyzes the current state of designing the process of developing speech competence of primary school students. The main requirements of speaking competence are considered, including not only grammatical knowledge, but also the ability to use language skills effectively in real society chefs. Particular attention is paid to the integration of modern technological and educational processes, as well as the need to use a differentiated approach.
