The article will be devoted to the study of the influence of individual-psychological characteristics of the individual on the formation of volitional qualities in cadets. Initially, cadets presented analyzes of theoretical views on reactivity, rigidity and anxiety from individual psychological characteristics of the individual. Also, the influence of individual characteristics on the formation of volitional qualities in Cadets is studied on the basis of empirical data.
