Abstract

In the modern world, the problem of maintaining a high level of quality in preschool education, where the teacher plays a leading role, is becoming extremely urgent. The key role in this context is played by the psychological skills of the educator. It is necessary that the educator has organizational skills, understands the psychology of his professional field and the psychology of children, knows how to manage project activities, analyzes his own work and the work of colleagues, and so on. The effectiveness of a teacher’s psychological competence lies in the ability to create and manage an educational environment that promotes the comprehensive development of children. The main task of the educator is to promote the development of children’s abilities, to help them realize their place and role in society.
