Abstract

Concentrators are optical devices that increase the density of the sunlight stream. For high- temperature devices or «solar furnaces», an increase in the radiation density in the receiver leads to a temperature of 3000֯ C and above, which allows the synthesis of all refractory materials.
Concentrators allow their energy to create the temperature necessary for the production of steam with certain parameters for solar power plants in hot periods. In systems where the formation laws of radiation density at the focal point of a Frenel lens system are reflected, such a process is qualitatively different: the elements are not equal to the angular dimensions of the beam and depend on the density of the dependent system. In this article, we will talk about the optical power of the Frenel lens as well as important angular magnitudes.
