This article examines pedagogical cooperation, its features, the possibility of preparing future teachers for joint activities with students, necessary for the development of cooperation skills in primary schoolchildren using an innovative approach aimed at identifying and testing pedagogical conditions. Through a comprehensive literature review and empirical research, this study discusses the exploration of effective teaching strategies and techniques that help develop collaboration among elementary school students.
