In this article, it is reflected that the lexical meaning of the verb is also important in the differentiation of aspect and tense, in accepting the grammatical forms that express the tense and in expressing the meaning of a certain tense. In addition, suggestions and recommendations have been developed on the difference between aspect and tense from a grammatical point of view.
