Abstract

In this article, professional training is interpreted as a specific
manifestation of a person’s social competence, which is based on the acquisition
of the necessary professional knowledge, skills and competencies. Information is
provided on the conditions and ways of improving the forms of career guidance (on the example of ichthyology) in the preparation of specialists.
