The fact that Uzbekistan is moving towards the establishment of a just civil society is a sign that ample opportunities and legal space have been created for the social protection of the people, including the youth. The article analyzes the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan as the fundamental legal basis of the innovative policy of the state in the issue of social protection of citizens, especially young people.
