The article discusses the pedagogical and psychological features of creative self- development in the activities of elementary school pupils. Creative self-development is a dynamic process that requires a careful combination of pedagogical and psychological features. In elementary education, teachers should empower pupils to become highly self-directed learners who actively participate in creative self-development that ultimately leads to personal and academic success.
