METHODS, METHODS AND TOOLS OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE IMPROVEMENT IN FUTURE PRIMARY CLASS TEACHERS

Abstract

The basis of the educational process is determined by the correct organization of the joint activities of the teacher and students. Management of the educational process, starting the students on the right path, increasing their enthusiasm for learning, and preparing a mature staff suitable for the work of the country from each student, while conducting the education and upbringing process together, is the basis of the teacher’s activity. The correct organization of pedagogical activities certainly requires a lot of effort from the teacher. In order to perform many functions at once in one process, the teacher must have sufficient skills and professional qualities. Professional competence is important in the formation of a teacher in demand in the labor market. After all, a pedagogue with well-formed professional competence has high pedagogical skills. He organizes his professional activities perfectly. At the same time, he does not limit himself to carrying out every step of the process according to the standards, but always tries to introduce innovations, to apply the world standards in the practical process. This article explains how the use of methods and tasks can be highly effective in developing professional competence of future primary school teachers. Methodical recommendations on the use of methods, tools and tasks were given.
