Abstract

This article examines effective strategies for developing the socio-pedagogical competence of educational institution leaders. In the context of modern global changes in the education system, it is essential to develop the socio-pedagogical skills of leaders to achieve success in managing educational processes, creating a productive team environment, and supporting the professional growth of teachers. The article focuses on key aspects such as communication skills of leaders, the ability to integrate into the social environment, problem- solving, and effectively managing pedagogical processes. Methods such as training seminars, professional development courses, and the use of modern technologies to enhance these competencies are also discussed. The authors emphasize the need for a strategic approach to developing socio-pedagogical competence and improving the systemic educational process. Additionally, innovative methods are recommended to enhance the social responsibility of leaders and improve the quality of education.
