This article explores the methodological possibilities of person-oriented approaches in the educational process, highlighting their potential to increase individual activity, creativity and comprehensive development of students. Person-centered methods such as personalized learning plans, differentiated instruction, self-directed learning, and project- based learning are examined for their effectiveness in meeting the diverse needs of students.
