The article analyzes the process of effective use of teaching methods and software tools aimed at the formation of professional competence in the process of training specialists in the subject «Architectural composition and design fundamentals», taught in technical universities. Theories of application and their significance in the teaching of technical sciences in higher educational institutions of Uzbekistan are analyzed.
