The purpose of this research is to study the relationship between work-life balance and job performance of professors and teachers working in the higher education system of Uzbekistan. The study used the data obtained from the “quantitative” research method of 107 professors and teachers of three state higher education institutions of Uzbekistan. Research hypotheses were studied using IBM SPSS 27.0 software.
