In the conditions of the new wave of ongoing industrialization, the employee’s social adaptation to organizational conditions is one of the success factors. Since positive socialization occurs differently in female and male employees, creating opportunities for social adaptation of employees, taking into account gender differences, is one of the ways to achieve the goals of the organization. The article describes the views of the authors based on the analysis of comparative literature and the results of empirical research devoted to the psychological research of women’s social adaptation to public services.
