Аннотация

Ushbu tadqiqot maqolasida ijtimoiy ijod kontseptsiyasi va uning kelajakdagi ta’lim menejerlarini rivojlantirishdagi ahamiyati o’rganiladi. Doimiy o’zgaruvchan ta’lim muhitida ta’lim menejerlarining roli tobora murakkab va talabchan bo’lib bormoqda. Ijtimoiy ijodkorlik, hamkorlikda yangi va qimmatli g’oyalarni yaratish qobiliyati, ta’lim rahbarlari uchun 21-asr muammolarini hal qilishda muhim mahorat hisoblanadi. Ushbu maqolada ijtimoiy ijodkorlikning nazariy asoslari, uning shakllanishiga ta’sir etuvchi omillar, shuningdek, ta’lim sohasidagi yangi boshlanuvchilar o’rtasida ijtimoiy ijodkorlikni rivojlantirish strategiyalari ko’rib chiqiladi.
