This article covers a number of issues such as strengthening children’s health, training their body parts, using action games to teach basic movement types, giving children physical loads taking into account their age characteristics, and developing activities that prevent them from getting tired. In addition, examples of active games that develop physical qualities are presented, and the changes that occur in children as a result of using these games are shown.
