Abstract

Qualities of graduates of pedagogical higher education institutions were developed based on the analysis of the teacher’s professional professionograms put forward in the field of teacher training and the society’s requirements for the teaching profession. In modern pedagogy, the result of the development of the suggestive abilities of the teacher is that it is aimed not only at the quality of education, but also at the education of the individual. B. Rakhimov created a system of professional and cultural relations in scientific research, justified the essence of its application in pedagogical practice and expressed the following opinions: «Today’s student, especially the teacher, has a harmonious and consistent relationship between both, that is, professional and cultural relations. it is a necessity of social life». The development of such suggestive qualities in future teachers creates a foundation for success in their pedagogical activities.
