The article discusses the gender characteristics of the socio-psychological adaptation of entrepreneurs to market relations. A comparative analysis of the features of the socio-psychological adaptation of entrepreneurs to professional activity is presented. The features of the psychoneurological stability of entrepreneurs, compliance with communicative and ethical standards are revealed.
