SPELLING AND STYLE REQUIREMENTS APPLIED TO THE TEXT OF WORKING DOCUMENTS

This article analyzes the orthographic and stylistic requirements for the text of work documents. Since documents are means of expressing official relations, they must objectively reflect information. Therefore, there are certain restrictions on the use of words and word forms in the language of documents. The article examines general requirements for documents depending on their type, language, content, preparation features, and rules, as well as specific language requirements for each category of documents. It emphasizes that the level of perfection of documents is related to the literacy level of the people working with them and the existing traditions of conducting state affairs.
