BIOINFORMATIKA FANINI O‘QITISHDA BIOLOGIK SIGNALLAR VA SUN’IY INTELLEKT TEXNOLOGIYALARIDAN FOYDALANISHNING NAZARIY-PEDAGOGIK ASOSLARI

Аннотация

Ushbu maqolada raqamli ta’lim sharoitida bioinformatika fanini o‘qitishda biologik signallarni raqamlashtirish va sun’iy intellekt texnologiyalaridan foydalanishning nazariy-pedagogik asoslari yoritilgan. Biologik signallarni o‘quv jarayoniga kiritish talabalarda biologik jarayonlarni raqamli ma’lumot sifatida tushunish, algoritmik qayta ishlash, sun’iy intellekt modeli yordamida tahlil qilish hamda vizual natijalar asosida ilmiy xulosa chiqarish ko‘nikmalarini shakllantirishi asoslanadi. Maqolada EKG, EEG, EMG, PPG va biometrik signallarning didaktik imkoniyatlari, bioinformatika ta’limida shakllantiriladigan kompetensiyalar tizimi, raqamli laboratoriya va refleksiv baholash yondashuvlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot natijasida “biologik signal – raqamli ma’lumot – algoritm – SI modeli – vizual natija – pedagogik refleksiya” zanjiriga tayangan metodik yondashuv taklif etiladi.
