Maqolada yosh voleybolchilarni tanlash va ularning texnik, taktik mahoratini takomillashtirish texnologiyasi xususidagi nazariy va amaly tajribalar bayoye etilgan. Yosh sportchilarning trenirovka mashg‘ulotlari davrlarga bo‘linib tashkil etiladi. Tayyorlov davrida yosh voleybolchilar voleybol o‘yini texnika va taktikasi elementlarini egallab boradilar, jismoniy fazilatlari rivojlantiriladi. Shu bilan birga yosh sporchilarda ma’naviy, axloqiy hamda ruhiy iroda tayyorgarligi tashkil etiladi. Tayyorlov davri musobaqalar boshlangunga qadar olib boriladi.
