Abstract
In the problems of the organization of innovative joint activities in the training of teachers of vocational education, a comparative analysis of the problem studied in the scientific literature and pedagogical practice is carried out,
the essence and structure of the concepts of «professional pedagogical activity»,
«preparation for professional activity» in the context of the competence paradigm are analyzed.
