In this article, the possibilities of using international evaluation programs in the integration of Uzbekistan education with Finnish education, the creation of the first national literacy strategy of Finland, the fact that the goal of the strategy is the widespread recognition of literacy skills in all areas, and that special attention is paid to practice, and the need for each student to support and strengthen their literacy throughout their lives, this strategy describes experiences aimed at strengthening multi-literacy skills and encouraging reading.
