LINGUOCULTURAL ANALYSIS OF PROVERBS CHARACTERIZING THE APPEARANCE OF A PERSON IN THE RUSSIAN AND UZBEK PROVERBAL PICTURE OF THE WORLD

The article attempts to study concepts - assessments that affect the aesthetic assessment of a person in the Russian and Uzbek proverbial language picture of the world, reflecting the process of assessing a situation / behavior / state from the point of view of value significance and socio-cultural stereotypes that have received the status of knowledge and are included in the language picture peace. Analysis of proverbs, including positive and negative assessments of a person, made it possible to identify the following main concepts-evaluations: beauty, friend/friendship, intelligence (intellectual abilities).
Four main semantic features characteristic of the representation of these concepts were also identified: anthropocentric, personal-individual, value-evaluative and emotional-evaluative, which, depending on the content of the concept, can reflect various characteristics, values and stereotypes.
