ROUND TABLE AS A METHOD OF IMPROVING THE QUASI- PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES OF FUTURE BIOLOGY TEACHERS

The article describes the round table as one of the methods of improving the quasi-professional activities of future biology teachers. The main goal of the author is to reflect the effectiveness of this method by providing a detailed description of the event and its results. The article is a description of a theoretical lesson on the topic «The Central worldview of molecular Biology». The lesson is presented in the form of a lecture – a «round table», which allowed both the teacher and students to take part in the discussion of the topic, and significantly increased the percentage of understanding of the material. There is also a description of the interaction between the teacher and the student, identifying the features of motivation in this method of presenting the material.
